6th Classes are learning to play chess with Mrs. Seery.
We are lucky to have lovely chess sets in the school and pupils are grasping the game very readily and with great enthusiasm.
Some pupils have chess sets at home and, having grasped the fundamentals, are already playing with and teaching other family members.
Chess is a great sport and a great ‘workout’ for the brain!
