Congratulations to the Winners of the Global Citizenship: Litter and Waste Colouring Competition. The winners were congratulated with a certificate and a prize.The winning entries are on display in the PE Hall.Well done to all!

Challenge to Change 2016 All of The Green Schools Committee attended The Challenge to Change Project in Tullamore on 11th May, 2016. It was a wonderful day. The children presented their project on Biodiversity/Garden for Life. They were excellent. Well Done to all!
The Green Schools Committee in the Junior School identified a number of trees in the school grounds-sycamore, lime, beech, sweet chestnut and mountain ash.
The members of The Green Schools Committee planted a Hazel Tree on Tree Day, 8th October 2015. This will enhance biodiversity in our school grounds. Some children from Senior Infants came to have a look at the tree being planted. Hazel Tree

The Junior School will begin their first W.O.W day on Wednesday,7th October, 2015. The children can wear their hi-vis vests walking to school. The children will receive a sticker for walking some or all the way to school. Thank You.

The Green School committee in the Senior School organised a biodiversity trail for the children in the Junior school. The children had great fun and learned lots of new things about biodiversity.
