Special Educational Needs

All children who have a psychological assessment and an entitlement to resource teaching hours should have an Individual Education Plan (IEP). The IEP is produced by the Resource Teacher in consultation with the following people:

  1. The child for whom the plan is formulated
  2. The parents/guardian of the child
  3. The class teacher
  4. Other professionals supporting the child e.g. Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist
