This term 4th class learned to play chess with Mrs. Seery. We are lucky to have lovely large chess sets in Presentation and pupils are now putting them to good use. Having learned the basics and then some tactics 4th class pupils will be able to continue to practise their skills next year. Chess is a great game and a great skill for pupils to have. We would like to thank Mrs. Seery most sincerely for sharing her time and skills with us.
